Methodology
How Gold Finder works
A transparent explanation of the data path from Amazon to the product cards.
Gold Finder requests live marketplace data server-side, validates each record, removes unavailable items and unsuitable matches, groups variants and sends visitors to the controlling Amazon product page.

What to know first
Amazon credentials remain server-side.
Products require a valid ASIN and Amazon image.
Unavailable items are not displayed.
No rating or specification is invented.
Collection
The server searches the visitor’s supported Amazon marketplace through the Creators API. Credentials are stored as protected environment variables and never sent to the browser.
Validation
Records must contain a valid ASIN, an allowed Amazon image address and an available listing. Obvious jewelry, replicas, plated items and accessories are excluded.
Display and clicks
Prices appear only when Amazon supplies a current amount in the expected currency. Every Amazon link is identified as advertising and includes the marketplace partner tag.
Questions answered
